TechnologyConfigurable tools
NDL is not a software company and does not require clients to adopt one. We select from a set of proven tools based on your venue, your ticketing and your connectivity, and we can operate without any of them when the site demands it.

Capabilities
Pre-sold passes delivered to the guest's phone and validated at the lane, so prepaid traffic clears without a transaction.
Where it fitsBest where ticketing already reaches the guest before arrival.
Scannable credentials for prepaid, VIP, staff, vendor and media categories, each mapped to a permitted lot.
Where it fitsBest where multiple credential types share one entrance.
Plate-based lookup for permit holders and prepaid inventory, removing the need for a physical credential.
Where it fitsBest for recurring venue programs with a known permit base.
Card and contactless acceptance at the lane, reducing cash handling and speeding the transaction.
Where it fitsBest where drive-up volume is significant and connectivity is reliable.
Running counts by lot and entrance so supervisors can close a block, open overflow, or redirect at the approach before it fills.
Where it fitsBest on multi-lot sites where overflow decisions are time-critical.
Counts, payment mix, timing and exceptions compiled into a written report the client can plan the next event from.
Where it fitsScoped per engagement, based on what the operation is asked to record.

Principle
Event-time arrivals concentrate a large number of devices onto local networks in a short window, and cellular or Wi-Fi service at an outdoor lot can degrade exactly when the lane is busiest. Any tool we deploy has a manual fallback that the field team has been briefed on: paper counts, visual credentials, and a defined point at which supervisors switch over without asking.
Availability of any specific capability depends on the venue, the client’s existing systems, connectivity and the provider agreements in place. Nothing here is a proprietary NDL platform, and we do not guarantee that a given tool can be used on a given site until it is confirmed in writing during planning.
Integration
Most clients already have a ticketing platform, a permit system or a property management stack. Our default position is to validate against yours rather than ask your guests to learn a second system. Where integration is not possible, we say so during planning instead of discovering it at the gate.

Next step
We will tell you which tools are worth deploying at your site — and which would only add failure points.
