NDL delivers seven service lines. They are grouped into four operating disciplines so a client can engage one part of the arrival — or all of it — without gaps between vendors.

01Discipline
The shift itself: lot setup, lane control, guest direction, VIP and ADA handling, shuttle loading and a documented closeout.
Operations is where a plan is either respected or abandoned. We deploy supervisors and attendants against the actual gate schedule, hold assigned positions through peak, and adjust lane counts as arrival pressure shifts.

Site assessment, capacity math, circulation routing, entrance and exit strategy, curb sequencing, wayfinding and contingency plans.
Planning happens on paper and on foot. We walk the site, count usable spaces honestly, map how vehicles reach each entrance, and coordinate with the venue, the client and local stakeholders before committing to a routing.

Revenue-control planning, collection workflows, credential validation, reconciliation thinking and clear operational reporting.
Money moves fastest at the worst possible moment — during peak ingress. We define who collects, how it is recorded, where it is reconciled, and what the client receives afterwards, using tools selected per project.

Shuttle coordination, staging and loading zones, dispatch support, supervisors, directors, guest-service roles and scalable deployment.
Remote lots and shuttle loops only work when loading zones, headways and dispatch communication are planned together with the parking field. We staff and coordinate both sides of that loop.

Some clients do not need NDL in the field. They need the plan reviewed, the capacity assumptions checked, the staffing model priced honestly, or a second opinion before committing to a layout. We take those engagements on their own, and the deliverable is written documentation you can hand to whoever runs the event.
