Navigate. Direct. Logistics.
Parking, planned as an arrival sequence.
NDL Parking Group plans capacity and circulation, directs vehicles with briefed field teams, and accounts for the operation afterwards — for events, venues and properties.

Arrival sequence
Four stages, one plan
01Approach
Public road to site edge
02Lane assignment
Credential, prepaid, drive-up
03Placement
Zone, row, block order
04Egress
Staged release to the street

01Positioning
Parking is the first thing a guest experiences and the last thing they remember.
Before anyone sees the stage, the field, the keynote or the front desk, they sit in a lane and wait for someone to tell them where to go. That interaction sets the tone for the entire visit — and it repeats in reverse at the end of the night, when patience is shortest.
We treat both ends of the visit as designed sequences: where vehicles enter, how lanes split, who is standing at each decision point, how VIP and ADA arrivals are separated, and how the lot empties without stacking onto public roads.
02What we do
Seven service lines, run as one arrival plan.
Parking rarely fails because of one bad decision. It fails because the plan, the signage, the staffing and the money were designed separately. NDL builds them together: one site plan, one deployment, one set of numbers at the end of the night.

03Where we work
Different environments. Different arrival problems.

Stadiums, universities and hospitals
Recurring event calendars and permanent circulation constraints.

04Technology
Configurable tools, selected per site — not sold as a platform.
Digital passes, QR validation, license-plate workflows, mobile payment readiness, capacity tracking and post-event reporting are capabilities we can configure. Which ones apply depends on the venue, the existing systems, connectivity and the provider agreements in place.
- Digital parking passes and QR validation
- License-plate based access approaches
- Mobile payment readiness
- Capacity and lot-status tracking

05Parking & Transportation Staffing
Teams built for the shift you actually have.
Parking directors, zone supervisors, lot attendants, gate and lane teams, guest-direction roles and transportation staff — planned against your gate times, not a generic headcount.

07The Roster
Organizations & events supported
Selected organizations and events from our current operational roster.
Marks shown are the property of their respective organizations.
08Group
SAS Management Group
NDL Parking Group works alongside SAS Management Group, our sister company for broader event operations and event staffing. When a project needs more than parking, traffic and transportation, that scope is delivered through SAS rather than stretched out of NDL.
Which entity delivers which part of an engagement is confirmed in writing before work begins.

Next step
Tell us about the arrival you need to run.
Send the venue, the date, and the vehicle volume you expect. We will come back with a parking and traffic approach built for that site — not a template.
