Scope of this notice

This page is maintained by NDL Parking Group to explain, in plain terms, what this website does with information. It is a working draft prepared for the client-approval phase and should be reviewed by the company's legal advisor before public launch.

Information you choose to send us

The consultation form asks for your name, organization, email address, phone number, venue, event details and a description of what you need. You control what you enter, and none of the fields require sensitive personal information.

During this approval phase the form validates your entry in your browser and does not transmit it to a server or a third-party service. For live enquiries, contact us directly by phone or email.

How we use enquiry information

Once message delivery is connected, information you submit will be used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and maintain a record of the engagement. We do not sell enquiry information.

Cookies and analytics

This approval-phase site does not set advertising cookies and does not run an analytics tracker. If analytics are added before launch, this notice will be updated to name the provider and describe what is collected.

Third-party content

Photography on this site is currently delivered from Unsplash's image network for review purposes, and web fonts are delivered by Google Fonts. Loading those files means your browser makes a request to those providers, which will see your IP address and browser details. Both will be reviewed before launch.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed for the engagement and our normal business records. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page when the site's functionality changes — in particular when form delivery, analytics or hosted media arrangements are finalised.
