Every NDL position sits inside the parking, curb, lot, shuttle or guest-direction scope. Uniform standards, credentialing and any site-specific certification requirements are agreed with the client before deployment.

Site briefing before every shift
Teams are briefed on this site, this event and this plan — not a general orientation. Positions, radio protocol, escalation path and the specific failure modes we expect.

Assigned positions, held under pressure
Drift is the most common operational failure. Supervisors walk their zones to keep staff where the plan put them, because a decision point without a person is a bottleneck.

Consistent instruction to drivers
Every attendant gives the same direction in the same terms. Drivers who hear one message do not stop to ask a second person.

Handover and closeout
Shift changes carry a written handover. At the end, equipment is recovered, the site is swept, and the client contact receives a closeout summary.
Deployment
Supplementing your team, or running the whole field.
Some venues need a full parking operation. Others have capable in-house staff and need supervision, surge coverage or a parking director for a single high-pressure date. Both are normal engagements, and the second one does not require you to restructure anything.
Transportation-adjacent staffing
Shuttle staging, loading order, boarding assistance and dispatch communication are staffed as part of the same operation, so the parking field and the transport loop are never run by two teams who have not spoken.
